Proactive work booking and downtime management

It can sometimes be frustrating trying to get your vehicle booked in for servicing or repair work. But our Service Direct team are here to make it a lot easier.

Simply contact Arnold Clark Vehicle Management by phone or complete our online Work Booking Form and we’ll liaise with your chosen repairer and get you booked in. We’ll also try and arrange a courtesy vehicle, or collect and return your car for you.

When it is time for your next scheduled service, we’ll give you a little reminder. And for those clients who want to minimise off-road time as much as possible, we can provide an enhanced Downtime Management service.
