Arnold Clark Vehicle Management has scooped the top prize for customer service – this year’s FleetEye CSI Award.
The FleetEye CSI Award is based on the results obtained throughout 2018 from ExpertEye’s customer satisfaction survey. It’s a real honour to win this award because the survey respondents are prominent figures and companies within the UK leasing industry.
Fleet operators are surveyed independently by ExpertEye, who ask an extensive range of questions. The annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year. We won the category which recognises services to fleets with more than 250 vehicles.
The FleetEye CSI Award remains the benchmark survey in the fleet sector for measuring service levels from major contract hire and leasing providers.
ExpertEye Chairman and Founder Rick Yarrow said: ‘Arnold Clark Vehicle Management is a worthy winner of this award, which recognises the very highest service standards in the fleet sector. At ExpertEye, we don’t use a panel of judges when deciding on the winners, as the results are purely based on the surveys we carry out with companies operating cars and commercial vehicles. ACVM has won this accolade based on independent feedback from customers, and there is no better judge than the fleet operators themselves to decide who is delivering the best service.’
David Cooper, Managing Director of Arnold Clark Vehicle Management, said: ‘I am absolutely delighted and very proud that we have won the 2019 FleetEye CSI Award. Our team work hard all year round and are committed to ensuring our customers always have the best possible experience.’
