Arnold Clark Vehicle Management wins the 2019 FleetEye CSI Award

Arnold Clark Vehicle Management has been recognised for having the best customer service in the UK.

Arnold Clark Vehicle Management has scooped the top prize for customer service – this year’s FleetEye CSI Award.

The FleetEye CSI Award is based on the results obtained throughout 2018 from ExpertEye’s customer satisfaction survey. It’s a real honour to win this award because the survey respondents are prominent figures and companies within the UK leasing industry.

Fleet operators are surveyed independently by ExpertEye, who ask an extensive range of questions. The annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year. We won the category which recognises services to fleets with more than 250 vehicles.

The FleetEye CSI Award remains the benchmark survey in the fleet sector for measuring service levels from major contract hire and leasing providers.

ExpertEye Chairman and Founder Rick Yarrow said: ‘Arnold Clark Vehicle Management is a worthy winner of this award, which recognises the very highest service standards in the fleet sector.
